Whitewater, Wisconsin's Kowalski Racing is going into its seventh year running the WSA Snocross circuit. The Kowalski's are hands on, overseeing every aspect of the entire organization. The team won the "Rising Star Award" with Phil Johnson and "Most Improved Semi-Pro Award" with Scott Kowalski in 2005.
