OFFICIAL RULES

PARTICIPATION CONSTITUTES ENTRANT'S FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT TO AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES. The "Ski-Doo® 50th anniversary sweepstake" Contest (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest") is for a limited time and begins on August 18, 2008 through December 14, 2008, 11:59 pm ET. The Contest is sponsored by Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. ("BRP" or the "Sponsor") 565, de la Montagne, Valcourt, Quebec, J0E 2L0. By participating in this Contest, you acknowledge and agree that the Sponsor may collect the personal information submitted by you, and use the information pursuant to its privacy policy available on line at www.brp.com.
NO PURCHASE NESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
PRIZES: The following prize is available to be won: GRAND PRIZE: One (1) 2009 Ski-Doo MX Z® 50th Anniversary snowmobile (Retail value: $10,849 USD or $13,099 CAD). Or one (1) 2009 Ski-Doo Summit 154" 50th Anniversary snowmobile (Retail value: $11,499 USD or $13,899 CAD) SECOND PRIZE: One (1) trip for 4 people to the Valcourt Grand Prix in Valcourt Québec (From February 19 to 24, 2009) which includes accommodation in a double-occupancy hotel room at the Chateau Bromont for 5 nights as well as five (5) diners and breakfast for 4 people (including tips), four (4) round-trips economy airfare from anywhere in United States or Canada, one (1) car rental for the stay, and $2000 pocket money. (Maximum retail value of the trip is $10,000). THIRD PRIZE: One of five (5) 50th anniversary Ski-Doo jacket (Retailed approx. 374$ USD or 450$ CAD). By accepting prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name, photograph, image, voice, and statements related to the Contest, for advertising purposes, without further compensation. There are no transfers, substitution and prizes are non-refundable. No cash alternatives for any prize, except at the option of the Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received.
ELIGIBILITY. This Contest is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Florida and Puerto Rico) and Canada who are 18 years old or older as of the date the Contest begins. Employees of BRP, their subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotional agencies of BRP, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) and individuals living in the same household as such employees are ineligible. This Contest is governed by the laws of Canada and subject to all applicable federal and provincial laws and regulations. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
HOW TO ENTER: During the contest, go to www.ski-doo.com and complete your name and address (including city, zip code, state or province and country, email address, and, if applicable, your most recent sled brand, model year, and type) to participate in the Contest. Regardless of method of game play one (1) registration per individual. Limit of one (1) entry per person and limit of one (1) prize per individual.
JUDGING/ PRIZE CLAIMS: A draw will take place on December 16th, 2008 for one (1) Grand prize winner, one (1) Second Prize winner and five (5) Third Prize winners. All possible winners will be contacted by phone on the same day. If the Sponsor cannot get a hold of original winners by December 19, 2008 a new draw will take place and another winner will be contacted. All contacted possible winners have 3 working days to contact Sponsor in order to claim their prize at the following telephone number: (715) 848-4957 for US residents and (819) 566-3366 for Canadian residents or another possible winner will be drawn. All prize claims are subject to verification. Should the possible winner be a Canadian resident, he/she will have to answer a skill question (2 X 10 ÷ 4 + 30 – 2) before being declared the winner and being awarded the prize. Grand Prize winner: Once the official Grand Prize winner has been identified, he/she will be sent in the following week an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release and a W-9 form (for US resident winners only). All relevant documents must be signed and returned to Sponsor within 10 days of the date of the liability/publicity release to become the Contest’s official Grand Prize winner, or the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be drawn. Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for any applicable taxes, vehicle title, license and registration fees, freight, delivery, dealer preparation, emissions, inspection, additional equipment, insurance, gasoline, vehicle maintenance, all other fees and expenses not specified herein associated with the receipt and use of this prize vehicle. The Ski-Doo snowmobile won must be warranty registered in the name of the winner. Each winner must take delivery of the Grand Prize at a participating authorized Ski-Doo dealer confirmed by Sponsor no later than January 15, 2009, or prize will be forfeited. Second Prize winner: Once the Second Prize winner has been identified, he/she will be sent in the following week an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release and a W-9 form (for US resident winners only) for himself and for his guests for the trip. All relevant documents must be signed and returned to Sponsor within 10 days of the date of the liability/publicity release to become the Contest’s Second Prize official winner, or the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be drawn. All other expenses not specifically listed in the description of the Second Prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner and its guests including but not limited to: travel to and from the international airport nearest the winner's home in United States or Canada, all ground transfers to and from the airport, hotel and Valcourt Grand Prix site, airport fees, personal charges at lodging, gratuities, meals not included in the Prize description, taxes, medical, accident, luggage, insurance and any items of a personal nature. Grand Prize Winner and traveling companions ("Guests") must travel at the same time and from the same city. Grand Prize Winner's Guests must remain the same for the duration of the trip. Grand Prize Winner's Guests, or their parent/legal guardian if under the age of majority, will be required to complete a full Liability and Publicity Release prior to travel. Grand Prize Winner and Guests are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documentation.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to terminate this Contest in whole or in part at any time without liability. Sponsor is not responsible if, for any reason, the game is not capable of running as planned, or for any infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion or of any person's computer hardware or software. In the event of termination of the Contest, Sponsor further reserves the right to award any prizes not yet awarded as of the date of termination in a draw. Should the game be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on www.ski-doo.com. Contest materials are automatically void if they are reproduced, mutilated, forged, altered or tampered with in any way, if they are obtained through unauthorized, illegitimate channels, or if they contain printing, production, typographical, mechanical or other errors. Only the number of prize stated in the Official Rules will be awarded. If, for any reason, the number of prize claims received exceeds the stated number of prizes at any level, such prizes will be awarded in a draw. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state or province and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. The decision of the Contest judges will be final and binding on all entrants. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged misdirected, defaced, mutilated, illegible, incomplete, postage-due, or altered mail or prize claims or other entries or matters pertinent to this Contest. Winners are randomly selected. In the event that production, seeding, printing or other errors cause more than the stated number of prizes of any category to be claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to suspend delivery of prizes, without prior notice, subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux of the province of Québec. By entering this Contest, winner acknowledges and agrees that Bombardier Recreational Products Inc., BRP US Inc., their affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, dealers, agents and insurers (collectively, "the Released Parties") (i) shall have no liability of any kind whatsoever with respect to this Contest and/or the awarding or use of the Prizes, (ii) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning the Prizes, (iii) disclaim any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any purpose, and (iv) are not liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from the acceptance or use of the Prizes or from participating in this Contest. The Release Parties are not responsible for typographical errors or any other errors in the offer or administration of this Contest, including by not limited to errors in the advertising, the Official Rules, the selection and announcement of winners, or the distribution of the Prizes. For Quebec residents, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of prizes may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
