Ski-Doo Work Sleds: True Sport-Utility Vehicles
In many parts of the world, outdoor work outside doesn't stop when the snow falls--and snowmobiles do a lot of the winter work. They're the choice of ski resorts, trail grooming operations, national parks, farms and even militaries. But in many cases, when the chores are done, utility sleds are also asked to play on trails and in the powder. The Ski-Doo utility line of snowmobiles--the most diverse and complete in the industry-is designed with features for work and play: they're sport-utility snowmobiles.

Extreme climates in the world are last place riders should doubt a sled's reliability. Ski-Doo snowmobiles have been trusted by scientific teams in Antarctica for years. In fact, the now famous "Mars rock"--said to contain evidence of life on Mars-was found by a scientist riding a Ski-Doo snowmobile. And the Canadian military is equipping soldiers with Skandic SWT (Super Wide Track) snowmobiles in 1997.
