Q - How do I sign up for BEST (BRP Extended Service Term)?
A - Contact any authorized BRP Ski-Doo dealer for more information on BEST and/or to purchase a plan.

Q - Where can I get information about my warranty?
A - Contact your authorized BRP dealer for warranty information. If you have already visited your dealer and require further assistance, please contact us. Please provide the name of the dealer and the serial number of your vehicle.
Q - Where can I get a copy of my warranty card?
A - BRP does not send out warranty cards. If you need to know the end date of your warranty, please contact your authorized BRP dealer or contact Customer Assistance via phone (1-800-3SKI-DOO) or e-mail. Please provide your serial number and dealer name.
Q - What is the warranty on Genuine BRP kits, accessories and replacement parts?
A - All genuine BRP replacement parts, kits, and accessories sold as new and unused and installed by an authorized Ski-Doo dealer will be free from any defect in material and / or workmanship for ninety (90) consecutive days against manufacturing defects. Some parts carry a 12 month warranty; these parts are: Track, Gold XLD belt, piston, cylinder (new or rebuilt), crankshaft (new or rebuilt), short block (new or rebuilt), engine assembly. In order to have parts replaced, the customer must notify an authorized Ski-Doo dealer within two (2) of the appearance of the defect and must have a proof of purchase (bill of sale) of the new and unused replacement part, kit, or accessory.
Q - What is the warranty on Ski-Doo clothing?
A - All BRP clothing and technical wear sold as new and unused by an authorized Ski-Doo dealer will be free from any defect in material and / or workmanship for a period of: ninety (90) consecutive days. The customer must notify an Ski-Doo® dealer within two (2) days of the appearance of the defect in material and/or workmanship and present to the authorized Ski-Doo® dealer a proof of purchase (original bill of sale) of the new and unused clothing.
Q - What is the warranty on Ski-Doo covers and Helmets?
A - All BRP covers and helmets sold as new and unused by an authorized Ski-Doo dealer will be free from any defect in material and / or workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months. The customer must notify an Ski-Doo® dealer within two (2) days of the appearance of the defect in material and/or workmanship and present to the authorized Ski-Doo® dealer the item and a proof of purchase (original bill of sale) of the cover or helmet.
