"Win a Ski-Doo® 2010 X model" Sweepstake

OFFICIAL RULES

1. PARTICIPATION CONSTITUTES ENTRANT'S FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT TO AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES. The "Win a Ski-Doo® 2010 X Model" Sweepstake (hereinafter referred to as the "Sweepstake") is for a limited time and begins on March 3, 2009 through April 19, 2009, 11:59 pm ET. The Sweepstake is sponsored by Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. ("BRP" or the "Sponsor") 565, de la Montagne, Valcourt, Quebec, J0E 2L0.

By participating in this Sweepstake, you acknowledge and agree that the Sponsor may collect the personal information submitted by you, and use the information pursuant to its privacy policy available on line at www.brp.com.

2. NO PURCHASE NESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

3. PRIZES: The following prize is available to be won:

GRAND PRIZE: One (1) 2010 Ski-Doo X snowmobiles of the winner’s choice (maximum retail value: $12 599 US / $15 399 CAN).

By accepting prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name, photograph, image, voice, and statements related to the Sweepstake, for advertising purposes, without further compensation.

There are no transfers, substitution and prizes are non-refundable. No cash alternatives for any prize, except at the option of the Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received.

4. ELIGIBILITY. This Sweepstake is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Florida and Puerto Rico) and Canada who have reached their state or province majority or older as of the date the Sweepstake begins. Employees of BRP, their subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotional agencies of BRP, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) and individuals living in the same household as such employees are ineligible. This Sweepstake is governed by the laws of Canada and subject to all applicable federal and provincial laws and regulations. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

5. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstake, go to www.ski-doo.com and complete your name and address (including city, zip code, state or province and country, email address, and, if applicable, your most recent sled brand, model year, and type) to participate in the Sweepstake.

One (1) registration per individual. Limit of one (1) entry per person and limit of one (1) prize per individual.

6. JUDGING/ PRIZE CLAIMS: A random draw will take place on April 21st, 2009 and a possible winner will be contacted by phone on the same day. If the Sponsor cannot get a hold of original winner by April 24, 2009 a new draw will take place and another winner will be contacted. All contacted possible winners have 3 working days to contact Sponsor in order to claim their prize at the following telephone number: (715) 848-4957 for US residents and (819) 566-3366 for Canadian residents or another possible winner will be drawn. All prize claims are subject to verification. Should the possible winner be a Canadian resident, he/she will have to answer a skill question (2 X 10 ÷ 4 + 10) before being declared the winner and being awarded the prize.

Once the official winner has been identified, he/she will be sent in the following week an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release and a W-9 form (for US resident winners only) via email. All relevant documents must be signed and returned to Sponsor via email or fax within 7 days of the date of the liability/publicity release to become the Sweepstake’s official winner, or the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be drawn.

Winners will be solely responsible for any applicable taxes, vehicle title, license and registration fees, freight, delivery, dealer preparation, emissions, inspection, additional equipment, insurance, gasoline, vehicle maintenance, all other fees and expenses not specified herein associated with the receipt and use of this prize vehicle. All Ski-Doo snowmobiles won must be warranty registered in the name of the winner. Each winner must take delivery of the Grand Prize at a participating authorized Ski-Doo dealer confirmed by Sponsor no later than January 15, 2010, or prize will be forfeited.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to terminate this Sweepstake in whole or in part at any time without liability. Sponsor is not responsible if, for any reason, the game is not capable of running as planned, or for any infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion or of any person's computer hardware or software. Should the game be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on www.ski-doo.com. Sweepstake materials are automatically void if they are reproduced, mutilated, forged, altered or tampered with in any way, if they are obtained through unauthorized, illegitimate channels, or if they contain printing, production, typographical, mechanical or other errors. Only the number of prize stated in the Official Rules will be awarded. This Sweepstake is subject to all applicable federal, state or province and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. The decision of the Sweepstake judges will be final and binding on all entrants.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, defaced, mutilated, illegible, incomplete, postage-due, or altered mail or prize claims or other entries or matters pertinent to this Sweepstake. Winners are randomly selected. Any Coupon that is tampered with, counterfeited, illegible, mutilated, reproduced, contains printing or other errors, obtained where prohibited or not obtained legitimately, is null and void.

By entering this Sweepstake, winner acknowledges and agrees that Bombardier Recreational Products Inc., BRP US Inc., their affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees, dealers, agents and insurers (collectively, "the Released Parties") (i) shall have no liability of any kind whatsoever with respect to this Sweepstake and/or the awarding or use of the Prizes, (ii) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning the Prizes, (iii) disclaim any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any purpose, and (iv) are not liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from the acceptance or use of the Prizes or from participating in this Sweepstake. The Release Parties are not responsible for typographical errors or any other errors in the offer or administration of this Sweepstake, including by not limited to errors in the advertising, the Official Rules, the selection and announcement of winners, or the distribution of the Prizes.

For Quebec residents, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity Sweepstake may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of prizes may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

8. WINNERS’ LIST: The name of the winner will be posted on the www.ski-doo.com website.
