The RAS 2 front suspension further sharpens the industry’s best handling sleds. New geometry and lighter components increase precision, especially in extreme bumps, thanks to minimized camber change through the suspension stroke.
Revised forgings and thin wall chromoly tubing reduces unsprung weight by 1.76 lb (0.8 kg) pounds and delivers a quicker and more controlled suspension response.

Air Ride delivers another level of control and plushness. You tailor the ride for trail conditions or load – on the fly – with just a flick of the handlebar rocker switch, which adjusts the rear air spring to one of five preload settings.
Imagine your sled working with your every move while carving powder and easily cutting sidehills, and you understand the principle behind our breakthrough tMotion mountain suspension and its complementary FlexEdge track technology. The tMotion pivots inside the tunnel to reduce roll-up effort thanks to a clever ball joint on the rear arm and a split front arm. It leans when you lean, providing agility with predictability.
Shortening the fiberglass reinforcing rods inside the track allows the track edges to bend, easing roll-up and enabling you and your sled to work as one.
Skis are the critical factor in steering precision and effort, yet their performance is dependent on snow conditions, which can change in hours. Until now. With the Pilot TS ski, you can dial-in ski bite for conditions or your riding style by turning a knob on the ski leg. It raises or lowers the ski runner over a range of .5 in. (12.5 mm). This thin runner and new square keel design work together to make darting a thing of the past.
The SC-5 suspension delivers comfort, control and versatility. It’s been proven on some of the toughest terrain a sled will ever encounter. All three components of the SC-5’s major comfort and capability elements have with their own motion ratio: the center shock, the rear shock and the rear spring. The independent rear shock and spring lead to its broad sweet spot, just one of the reasons SC-5 is so respected. When set up for your style, it will deliver outstanding performance and comfort across a broad range of conditions before needing any adjustments.
Our sport-utility suspension offers a refined ride both on-trail and on top of powder. Articulated rail has five settings to maximize deep snow traction in reverse or while locked out when towing.
