Smart-Shox – the industry’s first semi-active suspension system. High-capacity exclusive KYB shocks and a sophisticated system of sensors and ECM software that instantly translate terrain, rider input and chassis behavior into the optimal ride.
The rMotion X rear and RAS X front suspensions redefine snowmobile ride quality. Designed in tandem to amplify the industry-defining capability of the REV Gen4 platform, together they create the most confident, capable suspension on snow.
Our first crossover-specific rear suspension, designed for the perfect mix of confident cornering, bump neutralization and easy boondocking. Transfer in powder is just right, thanks to a dual-rate center spring. Tipped rails at the rear ensure this skid corners like a short track, plus boost top end speed and fuel efficiency.
The rMotion X takes the industry-leading capability of the renowned rMotion rear suspension to a level never before seen in snowmobile suspension performance and comfort. Improved bump capability and industry-exclusive front arm adjustability reinvent the way you look at the ride.
Imagine your sled working with your every move while carving powder and easily cutting sidehills, and you understand the principle behind our breakthrough tMotion mountain suspension and its complementary FlexEdge track technology. The tMotion pivots inside the tunnel to reduce roll-up effort thanks to a clever ball joint on the rear arm and a split front arm. It leans when you lean, providing agility with predictability.
Our sport-utility suspension. Refined ride both on trail and on top of powder. Articulated rail to maximize deep snow traction in reverse or locked out when towing.
These state-of-the-art unequal length A-arm front suspensions deliver outstanding bump absorption and precise handling, even in harsh conditions. Their geometry moves the sled's roll center closer to the center of gravity for flat cornering and near-zero inside ski lift. Specific to REV Gen4 sleds, the RAS 3 is 0.7 lb (0.3 kg) lighter for even more capability.
Skis are the critical factor in steering precision and effort, yet their performance is dependent on snow conditions, which can change in hours. Until now. With the Pilot TS ski, you can dial-in ski bite for conditions or your riding style by turning a knob on the ski leg. It raises or lowers the ski runner over a range of .5 in. (12.5 mm). This thin runner and new square keel design work together to make darting a thing of the past.
Industry-exclusive telescopic front suspension enables a large, flat belly pan for exceptional deep snow flotation.
Pilot X skis feature a longer, deeper keel to eliminate darting and offer riders true point-and-go handling with the confidence to dominate any trail conditions. Also available in the Pilot TX with adjustable carbide.
Single wide-keel design for consistent handling on trail. Thin, stiff outer edges and short, flat tail provide excellent sidehilling bite.
Designed to perform in deep snow. Holds a sidehill better and offers great control. Narrow ski tip cuts through crusty shallow snow; wide easy-to-install extension widens the tip for added flotation in deeper powder.
Designed to provide better reverse capability, more floatation off trail and more positive steering on trail and while hauling loads.
Dual-keel/single-carbide design for aggressive bite in corners and virtually no darting.
